If an installed Client with the USB monitoring/blocking option enabled does not detect USB devices, do the following:
1. Check if the USB drivers are installed on the Client computer, by using the command prompt (cmd.exe) to execute the following command:
2. Install the drivers if they are not installed, by executing the following command:
UninstallClient.exe /usb=true /key='uninstall key'
3. Uninstall the drivers, and then reinstall them again, by executing the following command:
UninstallClient.exe /usb=false /key='uninstall key'
NOTE: By default, the UninstallClient.exe file is located in: C:\Program Files\Ekran System\Ekran System\UninstallClient.exe /key= 'allowed'
