Getting Started (Checklist)

Getting started with Ekran System involves installation, configuration, and setup, and consists of following the steps below, in sequence:

1. Installing the Application Server.

2. Making sure the Management Tool installation prerequisites are met.

3. Installing the Management Tool.

4. Purchasing serial keys and activating them online (or adding them offline).

5. Setting up the network environment on the computers where the Clients will be installed.

6. Installing Windows Clients, macOS Clients, and Linux Clients.

7. Defining the monitoring settings for the Clients.

8. Adding alerts, if required.

9. Adding users to the system and defining their permissions.

10. Viewing the data captured from the computers being investigated.
