The Update & Support Period
The Update & Support period is the period of time during which your copy of Ekran System can be updated to new versions of the product, which are released frequently. During this period, you also have access to the technical Support services provided by the Ekran System Support team.
When your Update & Support period ends:
• For a Permanent (aka Perpetual) serial key: Although Ekran System will continue to function as normal, you will no longer be able to update your system to new versions released after the Update & Support period expiration date, or receive priority Support services, unless you prolong the Update & Support period by renewing the serial key.
• For a Subscription serial key: The Management Tool will notify you 15 days before the serial key expires, and if you do not renew it in time, it will no longer be possible to monitor your Clients.
