The option to detect disconnected Clients allows you to receive an email notification when Clients are offline for longer than a specified time period.
If the Notify if the Client is offline for more than checkbox is selected (on the Editing Client / Editing Client group page, on the Properties tab, scroll down to the Client Mode section) to enable this option, the time period after which the Client will be considered as “disconnected” can be defined. The default value is 1 day.
To receive email notifications, enter an email address in the Send Email Notification to field (or if you do not want to receive email notifications, leave this field empty).
NOTE: Multiple email addresses can be entered, separated by semicolons.
To view the Clients that have been offline for longer than the period of time specified (i.e. “disconnected” Clients), click the Health Monitoring navigation link on the left, and then select the Offline Clients tab.
