Log files contain information that might be useful to an administrator for detecting any issues with the operation of Clients.
You can either analyze the log files yourself to get more information on any Client operation issues or you can send them to the Support team to help them in detecting the source of problems.
This option can be modified on the Editing Client / Editing Client Group page (on the Properties tab, scroll down to the Diagnostics section at the bottom).
The Client Log Level drop-down list allows you to select the severity level of the log entries to be saved to the Client log files. The default value of the Client log level is Info.
