Viewing Clipboard Text Data

Clipboard text data recorded includes text which has been copied or cut from documents, files, applications, or the browser address bar, etc. on the Client computer.

The Client monitors Copy and Cut operations performed by using either of the following:

• Context menu commands:

• Right click > Copy

• Right click > Cut

• Shortcut key combinations:

• Cmd+C

• Cmd+X

Clipboard text data recorded (and the names of associated alerts triggered) is displayed in the Session Viewer, in the Text Data column of the Metadata grid, along with the label specific to the operation performed, i.e: [Clipboard (Copy)]

When a record is selected in the Metadata grid, the clipboard text data associated with it is also displayed in the Details area (below the Session Player).
