Integration with ticketing systems allows you to require users to provide ticket numbers to access Windows Client computers, thus providing an additional layer of authentication.
NOTE: The Integration with ticketing systems option is only available if you have an activated serial key for the Enterprise Edition of Ekran System.
If the Enable authentication via ticketing system checkbox is enabled (on the Configuration page, on the Ticketing System Integration tab), the Client will prompt the user to enter the number of a valid open ticket in the additional message window displayed on login.
Currently, integration with such ticketing systems as SysAid and ServiceNow is available. You can also use the API Bridge REST-based HTTP application to integrate Ekran System with your ticketing system.
