The Client Log Level Parameter
Log files contain information that may be useful to administrators for detecting any issues with the operation of the Client.
You can either analyze the log files yourself to get more information on any issues with the operation of Client, or send them to the Support team to help them in detecting the source of problems.
This option can be modified on the Editing Client / Editing Client Group page (on the Properties tab, scroll down to the Diagnostics section at the bottom).
The Client Log Level drop-down list allows you to select the severity level of the log entries to be saved to the Client log files. The default value of the Client log level is Info.
