The Require Ticket Number Parameter


The option to require a ticket number allows you to require the user to enter a valid ticket number created in an integrated ticketing system in order to log in to the Client computer, so as to provide you with an additional layer of authentication.

NOTE: The Require ticket number option is only available if you have an activated serial key for the Enterprise Edition of Ekran System.


The Require ticket number option is only available if the Require user’s comment checkbox above it is selected.

If the Require ticket number checkbox is selected (on the Editing Client / Editing Client Group page, on the Authentication Options tab, in the Authentication Options section at the top) to enable this option, the Client will prompt the user to enter a valid ticket number in an additional message window displayed on login. Only after the user enters a valid ticket number, and enters a comment into the additional message field, will they will be allowed to log in to the system.
