1. Introduction to the Master Panel

The Master Panel is a component of Syteca that is used for viewing all of the Client sessions from all of the organization’s Management Tools at the same time.
This component combines the data from multiple isolated Syteca Application Servers or deployments into a single user interface.
It is designed for medium-sized or large deployments of Syteca, and for use by organizations which have facilities distributed over several different locations, where each location has an Application Server deployed with an associated Management Tool.
The Master Panel provides the following functionality for investigating the Client sessions from all of the Application Servers:
• Viewing the list of all sessions.
• Filtering, searching, and sorting the sessions.
• Viewing the details of any session.
• Viewing the risk levels of the sessions, and alerts triggered in them.
