1. Introduction to the Data Connector

Syteca API Data Connector is a stand-alone component of Syteca that is used for integrating a customer’s IT system via the Syteca API.

This application is designed to allow customers to get Syteca monitoring data via the API in order to use for their own business purposes. For example, Client session records containing user productivity data (such as productivity time, idle time, duration, etc.) can be used to build BI (business intelligence) reports in Power BI.

NOTE: Syteca Data Connector is not currently supported in Multi-Tenant mode.
