Canceling the Approval or Skipping of a User Session
NOT AVAILABLE IN SAAS
To cancel the approval or skipping of a user session, do the following:
1. Click the Activity Monitoring navigation link (on the left).
2. On the Client Sessions tab that opens, in the Risk Score column on the left, click Approved or Skipped for the required session.
3. On the Session Risk Score page that opens, click Undo.
4. The approval or skipping of the user session is then canceled, so that the session risk score is restored.
