Canceling the Approval or Skipping of a User Session


To cancel the approval or skipping of a user session, do the following:

1. Click the Monitoring Results navigation link on the left.

2. On the Client Sessions tab, in the Risk Score column on the left, click Approved or Skipped for the required session.

3. On the Session Risk Score page that opens, click Undo.

4. The approval or skipping of the user session is then canceled, so that the session risk score is restored.
