How Can I Log in to the Management Tool Using Internet Explorer 11

If a user cannot log in to Ekran System Management Tool using Internet Explorer v. 11, they may need to add the Management Tool web address to IE trusted websites.

NOTE: Internet Explorer is no longer supported from Ekran System version 7.0.

To add the Management Tool web address to IE trusted websites, do the following:

1. Open Internet Explorer.

2. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.

3. Click the Security tab, and then click Trusted Sites.

4. Use the scroll bar to Scroll down and set the security level to Low.

5, Disable the Enable Protected Mode checkbox.

6. Click on Sites.

7. Click Close, and then click OK.
