Playing Client Sessions

The Session Viewer is a component of the Management Tool that provides the capability to open and view all the monitored data (including the screen captures and metadata) in any single Client session, in a playable format.

To open a session in the Session Viewer, for example, on the Monitoring Results page, click on the required session in the list of Client sessions displayed in the sessions grid.
