Viewing the Idle State

Idle activity of a macOS Client will be registered, and displayed in the Session Viewer as “Idle” in the Metadata grid if the appropriate monitoring options are enabled (i.e. the Detect system IDLE events and/or Register IDLE event when user is inactive checkboxes are selected), on the Editing Client / Editing Client Group page, on the Monitoring [Windows/macOS] tab, in the Monitoring Parameters section at the top.
