To define the system settings, click the Configuration () button (at the top of the Management Tool interface), and on the Configuration page that opens, select the System Settings tab.
The following settings can be defined in the sections below:
1. Account Access
You can select the Grant a technician full access to my tenant account checkbox to allow the tenant admin to grant the technician (i.e. the admin user of the built-in default tenant) access to the tenant data. After getting access, the technician can log in under the tenant admin account and will be able to perform the same actions as the tenant admin.
2. NOT AVAILABLE IN SAAS Windows Event Log Integration
You can select the Send log message to Windows Event log checkbox to enable the sending the Ekran System log messages to the Windows Event log on the Application Server computer, and define the severity level for the log entries.
