Report Types

The following types of reports are available in the Management Tool for all Windows, macOS, and Linux Client computers monitored (or in some cases not for all of these Client OSs, as indicated after the Report Type name in brackets):

Grid Reports
Alert Grid Report	Information on all alert events detected.	- Activity time - Alert name - Alert risk - Details
Audit Session Grid Report	Information on which Management Tool users have opened (i.e. viewed in the Session Viewer) which sessions. NOTE: This special type of report relates to Management Tool users (unlike all other report types), and is based on the same records that are displayed on the Audit Log page, where "Session viewing" is displayed in the Category column. NOTE: This report type is only available for users who have the administrative User Management permission.	- Date and time (when the session was opened in the Management Tool) - Viewer user name/Group (i.e. the user name (and the user groups they belong to) of the Management Tool user who opened the session) - Action (i.e. the text "Viewed session" with a link that can be clicked to open the session that was opened by the endpoint user) - Who (i.e. the user name of the endpoint user whose session was opened) - Where (i.e. the Client computer of the endpoint user whose session was opened) - Session time (the start date/time and end date/time of the session that was opened)
Clipboard Grid Report (Windows and macOS)	Information on all clipboard text data operations performed by users.	- Activity time - Activity title - Application name - Clipboard Operation - Clipboard Text
Detailed Activity Grid Report	Information on all activities performed by users.	- Activity time - Activity title - Application name - URL - Text data
File Monitoring Grid Report (Windows and macOS)	Information on all file upload operations detected and performed by users.	- Risk Level - Time - Process name - Path - File Name - Operation - Details
Keystroke Grid Report (Windows and macOS)	Information on all keystrokes entered by users.	- Activity time - Activity title - Application name - Keystrokes (Smart) - Keystrokes (Raw)
NOT AVAILABLE IN SAAS Linux/XWindow Grid Report (Linux)	Information on all commands executed by users. *NOTE: Linux reports include only "exec" "and sudo" commands.**	- Activity time - Command - Function - Parameters
Overtime Work Grid Report	Information on activity outside of the specified standard work hours for users. Idle time is excluded.	- User name - Total time spent - Active out of work hours - Session start time - Last activity time - Remote IP - Remote Public IP - Session URL
Session Grid Report	Information on all sessions.	- User name - Total time - Active time - Session start - Last activity - Remote IP - Remote Public IP - Session URL - Comment
Session Viewing Status Grid Report	Information on which users have viewed which Client sessions (and when), and which sessions have not been viewed by any users.	- Session ID - User name - Client name - Session start - Last activity - Remote IP - Remote Public IP - Session URL - Is viewed - Viewer user name - Date and time
Sessions Outside of Work Hours Grid Report	Information on the time spent outside of the specified standard work hours by users. Idle time is excluded.	- User name - Total time spent - Active out of work hours - Session start time - Last activity time - Remote IP - Remote Public IP - Session URL
Terminal Server Grid Report (Windows)	Information on all users that connected to Terminal Server Client computers.	- Client name - Number of users - User name - Number of connections - Total time
USB Alert Grid Report (Windows and macOS)	Information on all USB device-related events detected by USB monitoring rules added.	- Time - Rule Name - Action (Blocked/Allowed) - Risk Level - Device Class - Device Details
USB Storage Grid Report (Windows)	Information on all USB devices plugged in and detected automatically (i.e. without USB monitoring rules being added).	- Time (the date and time when the USB device was plugged into the Client computer) - Details (a description of the USB device plugged into the Client computer)
NOT AVAILABLE IN SAAS User Behavior Analytics Grid Report	Information on all sessions in which user behavior anomalies were detected.	- Who - Where - When - Details - Session Score - Session URL
User Daily Activity Grid Report	Information on the activity of users by day. Idle time is excluded.	- User name - Active time - First activity time - Last activity time - Remote IP - Remote Public IP - Session URL
User Statistics Grid Report	Information on the total activity of users.	- User name - Total time spent - Session count - Computers - Remote IPs - Remote Public IPs
Summary Grid Reports
Activity Summary Grid Report (Windows and macOS)	Information on the total time spent by users using each application. Idle time is included.	- Application name - % (of time spent using the application) - Time spent
URL Summary Grid Report (Windows and macOS)	Information on the total time spent by users on each website.	- URL (only the main parts of the URL are shown in the report, e.g. "example.com") - % (of time spent on the website) - Time spent
User Productivity Summary Grid Report	Information on the total time spent by users, along with the time spent using each of the top 10 applications and the time spent on each of the top 10 websites.	- User Name - Date - Total Time Spent - Active Time - First Activity Time - Last Activity Time - Idle Time - Top 10 Applications - Top 10 URLs
Chart Reports
Activity Chart Report (Windows and macOS)	The same information as in the Activity Summary Grid Report, but in the form of a bar chart.	- Application name - Total time spent (minutes)
Activity Pie Chart Report (Windows and macOS)	The same information as in the Activity Summary Grid Report, but in the form of a pie chart.	- Application name - % (of time spent using the application) - Total time spent (using the application)
URL Chart Report (Windows and macOS)	The same information as in the URL Summary Grid Report, but in the form of a bar chart.	- URL (only the main parts of the URL are shown in the report, e.g. "example.com") - Total time spent (minutes)
URL Pie Chart Report (Windows and macOS)	The same information as in the URL Summary Grid Report, but in the form of a pie chart.	- URL (only the main parts of the URL are shown in the report, e.g. "example.com") - % (of time spent on the website) - Total time spent (on the website)
User Active Time and Idle Time Chart Report	Information about the total active time and total idle time of each user in the form of a bar chart.	- User name - Hours (total active time)
User Productivity Chart Report	Information on the total active time of each user during each hour of each day in the form of a bar chart. Idle time is excluded.	- User name - Date - Total working time (active time per day) - Total time spent (minutes) (active time per hour of the day)
User Productivity Heatmap Report	The same information as in the User Productivity Chart Report, but in the form of a heatmap. Idle time is excluded.	- User name - Date - Total time spent (minutes) (active time per hour of the day)
