User Types when Deployed in Multi-Tenant Mode

There are three types of users in Multi-Tenant mode, as described in this section:

• The admin user of the built-in default tenant (aka the technician)

• Tenant admin users

• Tenant users

NOTE: Tenant admin users and other tenant users can only view information from the tenant they belong to.
