Sessions Outside of Work Hours
The Sessions out of Work Hours dashboard contains a bar chart that displays statistics on the computers used during non-work hours and non-work days for a defined time period.
The dashboard is updated every hour.
Each column in the chart corresponds to a day with sessions outside of standard work hours.
The height of a column indicates the number of such sessions recorded on that date.
To see the number of sessions recorded on a specific date, hover over the required column.
To view detailed information on the sessions, click the required bar, and the following information is displayed in the pop-up window that opens:
• Play: Click the button next the required session to open it in the Session Viewer.
• Client Name
• User Name
• Start
• Last Activity
• Finish
The following settings can be configured for this dashboard, by clicking the cog () icon (in the top right):
• Period: Select a specific time interval for which the alerts are selected.
• Work hours / Work days: Select the hours and days of the week to be considered as the standard (i.e. “normal”) working schedule.
• Color: Select a color for the columns.
Only sessions containing activities outside of the specified standard working schedule are displayed on the dashboard.
To view this dashboard, you need to have the administrative Client Installation and Management permission. If you do not have this permission, you will see an empty dashboard with a message saying that you do not have the permissions required for viewing this data. Also in this case, the dashboard will not be displayed in the drop-down list when clicking the Add button (in the top right of the page).
