The Client is Online, but it's Sessions are Not Displayed. What Should I Do?
First, check that a license is assigned to the Ekran System Client.

NOTE: In the Idle state (i.e. when there is no user activity on the endpoint), the Client does not send any data to the Ekran System Application Server.
