System Health

With the help of System Health, Syteca allows you to monitor the system state and check the resource usage on the Application Server computer, as well as to view information about disconnected Clients and tasks which may take significant time to process.

NOT AVAILABLE IN SAAS  The System State tab includes detailed information about any error events that have occurred in Syteca which helps in monitoring the system “health” and react to any issues in a timely manner. The Application Server resource monitoring dashboards on this tab include information on the resource usage by the Application Server process, which helps you to analyze its performance and respond in case of any problems.

The Offline Clients tab includes information about Clients that have been offline (i.e. disconnected) for more than a specified time period.

The Tasks List tab allows information about tasks which may take significant time to process to be viewed (and canceled).
